Goshaini – Rolla – Goshaini Trek

This is the smallest trek and takes you to the first trekking hut inside the Park after the entrance gate.

Grade:Easy

Duration– 2 days/ 1 night or longer

Goshaini - Shilt Hut – Goshaini Trek

This is extension of Goshaini – Rolla – Goshaini Trek and takes you further into the park.

Grade: Easy to Moderate

Duration - 3 days/ 2 nights or longer

Trekking distance: Approx 35 Kms

Maximum Altitude– 3100 Mts.

Operation time: Mid April – June & September - November

Goshaini - Sainj Valley Trek

Also called the ‘GHNP traverse’, this walk takes you through some of the most beautiful meadows inside the park. The week long trek begins from the Tirthan valley and takes you to Sainj Valley, the transition between the two forming the highlight of the trek. The trek offers panoramic views of snow capped peaks and both the valleys.

Grade: Strenuous

Duration– 7 days/ 6 nights or longer

Trekking distance: Approx 85 Kms

Maximum Altitude– 4100 Mts.

Operation time: Mid May – June & September – October

Trek to the source of Tirthan River

This trek takes you the vast meadows of Tirath which is the source of Tirthan River. Tirthan River originates at Tirath in the form of a small glacial pond/lake which is revered bythe villagers of the valley.

Grade: Strenuous

Duration– 8 days/ 7 nights or longer

Trekking distance: Approx 78 Kms

Maximum Altitude– 4000 Mts.

Operation time: Mid May – June & September - October

Goshaini – Khorli Poi – Madraur - Bakhari – Bathad Trek

This trek takes you from Goshaini road head to Bathad road head through stunning meadows and thick forest of the Park with great opportunities for bird watching.

Grade: Moderate

Duration - 6 days/ 5 nights or longer

Trekking distance: Approx 52 Kms

Operation time: May – June & September – Mid November
